Terms and Conditions

Fruition Jewellery is a small business, all Jewellery is handmade, therefore each piece will differ slightly from the ones pictured.

 

Depending on design, each piece will vary in terms of texture and imperfection - some may have small marks, bumps, divots - this is the organic style of the piece and this will be noted as 'organic' in the description of each item as applicable (these features are part of the design style and do not qualify as a fault)

 

Orders can take up to 6 weeks to be made and sent to you.

 

Fruition jewellery is not responsible for any postage issues.

You must provide correct postage details when checking out.

Once your order is sent out/you receive a tracking number, we are no longer responsible for the package. This includes wrong postal address being provided/stolen packages and country restrictions for receiving Aus post.

Items are thoroughly checked for quality, recorded and photographed prior to shipping. This ensures no faulty product is sent out to customers. Fruition does not accept returns for change of mind. We do not provide free resizing on any pieces purchased.

You must choose your piece and size correctly before making payment.

If you have placed an order for a 'made to order' piece and later realised you have chosen the wrong size you have 3 days to correct it by emailing me at fruition.jewellery@gmail.com.
